- Beat the cream cheese and sugar. Add the cream cheese and sugar to a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat until smooth and well combined.
- Add the flavoring and sprinkles. Thoroughly stir i 2 tablespoons of the cake batter flavoring and confetti sprinkles into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the filling to the crust. Pour the first layer into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly to the edge of the pie. Set it aside.
- Combine the Cool Whip layer. In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk together until it thickens. Then, gently fold in the remaining cake batter flavoring, Cool Whip, and food coloring.
